Our physical and energetic bodies are deeply intertwined, one affects the other and vice versa. My goal as a Neuromuscular Massage Therapist is to create a space to help promote synergy in the body through various therapeutic techniques.

Decreased muscle pain and tension, improved posture, increased body awareness, and stimulation of blood circulation can be achieved through manual manipulation of the fascia and other tissues.

Each session is uniquely personalized based on the clients needs to help them relax, relieve pain and bring the body back into homeostasis.

My passion to help others along with experiencing my own injuries, has allowed me to go through my own journey of awareness and healing.

Although pain and discomfort may feel inevitable at times, we can take steps to promote positive health. Our bodies are so beautiful and uniquely ours, I encourage us all to take care of them as best as we can. When we need a little help, give ourselves permission to ask and be open to receive.

Modalities

Myofascial Massage helps restore proper movement, alignment and space in your body. Myofascial massage targets troubles in your tissues that lead to sore and tight muscles. It can help with nerve impingement, herniated discs and injuries.

Deep Tissue Massage focuses on realigning the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It helps release chronic patterns of tension in the body, improve range of motion and heal injuries.

Sports Massage caters to athletes of all types, from professionals to people who exercise regularly and have an active lifestyle. Sports Massage is a more focused deep tissue massage and may focus on a specific area of the body. It uses a combination of deep and light modalities and stretching to loosen muscle tension, improve blood flow, and prevent lactic acid buildup.

Prenatal Massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Cushions, pillows and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.

Trigger Point Therapy is a soft tissue technique that works to release painful tension in the muscles and fascia that you would usually experience as a knot. These points can cause local or referred pain patterns when they become irritated or inflamed. The goal is to locate the tiny knots and release them to relieve pain, and tension and increase mobility.

Cupping is a type of alternative therapy that involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. This suction is thought to improve the flow of energy in the body, release toxins and facilitate healing.
